I am doing good. I am doing better at using my tools. Napping and resting has been a HUGE life saving tool for me. I ALWAYS feel better after a nap. My person has been good for me to lean on too. He is a great listener and motivator. I miss physical touch. So I have been grounding myself with movement and dance as well.

I use exercise to fight off anxiety and fear with our current state of affairs. It helps me to stay on target with a goal and that helps me to stay focused. In my opinion meditation is a form of focusing on one thing and by having my exercise and focusing on my goal I connect to my form of meditation. Like Enisha, I can do better at reaching out to my person when I’m unable to be still. How are YOU doing?

I’m really starting to run toward my tools when I feel the anxiety or sadness or powerlessness coming on. Starting to become a reflex. My tools: chant, cry, vaginal steam, read, nap. I want to learn how to reach out better. That’s my weakest.
